Delivery Policy

Please note our delivery charges are automatically worked out on the value of your order.  You must update your cart when adding extra items as this will show you the new delivery charge if applicable.  All delivery charges are current at the time of your order and can be amended at any point.  For all deliveries outside of the UK we will email you prior to completion of your order to confirm the delivery charge with you.  You MUST confirm via email that you accept the delivery charge as we will not complete your order until this has been done.

All standard UK delivery charges are clearly displayed to you to prevent any confusion and misunderstanding.  However should something not be clear then we will of course be happy to answer your enquiry via email.
\nUnless you state otherwise we will deliver your goods to your registered address that you have listed on your account.  All our courier deliveries must be signed for at the address.  All orders will contain a receipt inside the package and we ask that you retain this for future reference. 

We aim to deliver all goods within 7 working days to you, this does exclude weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
