Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your stock items from us you may return them to us within 14 days providing you can provide your proof of purchase. 

You may not return your goods if:-

The goods are not in their original condition and have been used.

You have incorrectly washed your garments.

Due to hygiene reasons they are sold as non returnable, i.e tights

Special order or sale items.

All faulty goods will either be replaced, repaired or credited or you will be refunded.  Made to order items are only returnable if found to have a workmanship or material fault.  All inspections will be carried out on these returns and they must be in new condition when we receive them so please make sure you open all packaging carefully.

Our guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
