By placing an order through our site you warrant us that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you fully understand and accept all terms stated on this site.

Back Order Goods are items that are not available at time of despatch and therefore placed on back order with us.  You will be given priority on new stock as soon as it arrives.

When registering your account with us you must complete all details accurately as we can not be held responsible for any mistakes you have entered into your details. 

We advise you read your order before you confirm it as mistakes can not be amended once the order has been sent through to processing.

Once you receive an order number from us it confirms we have accepted your order and that we have both entered into a legally binding contract.

The total cost of your order will be the value of the items in your cart and also your delivery charge.  The full amount will be clearly displayed to you before you submit your order to us.

We always try and ensure all prices and details are accurate on our site, however, mistakes do happen.  If we notice a pricing error we are under no obligation to provide the goods to you at the incorrect price, even after we have sent you an acceptance of the order.   However, we will always try and contact you first to advise you of the error in both pricing or product descriptions to see if you would like to continue with the order once it has been amended.

Please note we only accept payments made via cards and all payments are taken in a secure site.
