Terms of Use

All rights to images, costume design and text are reserved by Midland Dance Supplies.  Any party found reproducing these images and costumes must be advised that it will result in the Company taking legal action against you.

We advise all customers to carefully read through our Terms & Conditions, Delivery and Returns Policy.  By placing an online order with us you must be aware that you have entered into a contract.  You will be the owner of the goods once we have received the full payment from you.

It is your responsibility to check the products have arrived to you in an acceptable condition within 7 days of receiving your goods.  We can confirm that all orders leave here on time and in sealed packages but we can not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit.

We guarantee that any items found to be genuinely faulty will be replaced or refunded once a full inspection has been carried out.
